Theme: Stillness

Adulting… an unknown timeframe allocated to you and your dreams, goals, hopes, desires, adventures, responsibilities, commitments, choices, options, decisions, rewards, consequences and… Life Happening.

Any of the above may happen individually, simultaneously, intermittently or suddenly.

Some days may seem to be carefree

Some days may seem like a treacherous storm

What do you do before you start thinking about your day and your To-Do Lists, Priorities, Personal Responsibilities, Family Responsibilities, You-Time, etc.?

How do you quiet your mind, release anxiety, and calm your mind, body and spirit?

Have you tried stillness?

When the mind is empty… stillness.

When the mind is nearing overwhelm… stillness.

When you’re facing challenges or life’s happenings… stillness.

When all is well… stillness.

God’s Got You… Through It All.

And, stillness triggers the part of your brain responsible for creativity, clarity and decision making.

With that in mind…

Breathe. Be Still.

May you know when to be still and you have peace at all times.

From my heart to yours,

Dianne Lawson 💞
