Theme: I See You
When I say “I See You”
I see your Heart…
I see your Eyes…
I see your Posture…
I see your Energy…
I see your Confidence…
I see your Insecurity…
I see your Joy…
I see your Pain…
I See You.
I see when you’re open to a greeting.
I see when you’re hoping to be invisible.
I see when you’re grateful to be seen.
I see when you appreciate receiving love, respect, kindness and gestures that should be normal behaviors yet often withheld intentionally or unintentionally.
Rich Man. Poor Man. Beggar Man. Thief. Doctor. Lawyer. Indian Chief. Executive. Janitor.
Child. Teenager. Adult. Senior.
Able Bodied. Challenged Bodied.
I See You.
I see how you appear when you think no one sees you.
I see how you appear when you know you’re being observed.
What do I see?
Reflection
Now, pause for a moment...
When you look beyond appearances...
What do you see?
When you look in the mirror...
What do you see?
When you greet a stranger...
What do you notice first?
Do you see only what is visible...
or do you wonder what may be hidden beneath the surface?
How do you see yourself...
when no one else is watching?
How do you believe others see you?
How would your relationships change...
if you intentionally chose to see others with greater love, respect, kindness, compassion, and curiosity?
How might your life change...
if you learned to see yourself through the same grace?
What do you hope others experience when they are seen by you?
If someone looked beyond your smile, your accomplishments, your responsibilities, your titles, and your mistakes...
What would you hope they would see?
I see someone deserving of Unconditional Love, Respect and Kindness.
How I see you is subject to change.
I may discover interacting with you causes HeartSmiles, Positivity Awareness, Better Days, Gratitude.
I may also discover interacting with you causes Concern, HeartAche, Desire to Assist or Support, Decisions to Love You From Afar.
I hope, no matter who you are, you always feel Love, Respect, Kindness, Safe and Comfortable to be yourself.
From my heart to yours, Dianne Lawson 💞
